Greenwood High School, Mancherial, celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm and joy under the guidance of Principal Mr. Chandramohan and Vice Principal Mr. G. Thirupathi. Coordinated by Mr. Mahender, Mr.Suresh , Mr. Venkatesh, Mr. Srinivas all the teaching and non teaching staff .The event was a tribute to childhood and a celebration of creativity and talent.
The program commenced with a warm welcome for the dignitaries onto the dais, followed by a traditional garlanding of Nehru’s photo, symbolizing the school’s homage to India’s first Prime Minister and his vision for children.
The event featured various activities that showcased the students’ abilities and encouraged them to express their talents. Competitions included essay writing 🖊️ ,singing🎼🎼, drawing 🎨 ,elocution 🎤 and storytelling, Fancy dress competition where students demonstrated their skills and enthusiasm.
Class-wise dance performances added a lively and vibrant atmosphere, with students delivering energetic and colorful routines that enthralled the audience. Principal Mr.R.ChandraMohan addressed the school about the significance of event.
The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Vice Principal Mr. G. Thirupathi, who expressed appreciation for the participants and organizers.
The event was a grand success, capturing the spirit of Children’s Day and leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
