Educational Trip to Warangal


The 10th-grade students of Greenwood High School, Mancherial branch, embarked on an unforgettable educational trip to Warangal under the guidance of our esteemed Principal, Mr. Chandramohan, and Vice Principal, Mr. G. Thirupathi.

Accompanied by their dedicated class teachers, Mrs. Sailaja (10th Einstein) and Mr. Mahendra (10th Kalam), the students set off on their journey at 9:00 AM from Mancherial, filled with excitement and enthusiasm. Their first stop was the serene Manair Dam in Karimnagar, followed by a relaxing break at Ujjwala Park, where they enjoyed lunch amidst lush greenery.

The first major destination was the historic Khila Warangal, where students explored the grandeur of the ancient fort, gaining insights into its architectural marvels and historical significance. Next, they visited Ekashila Children’s Park, enjoying its tranquil environment, followed by a visit to the sacred Bhadrakali Temple, where they offered prayers and deepened their understanding of Warangal’s rich cultural heritage. Later, they admired the picturesque Tank Bund, appreciating the beauty of the water body and its surroundings.

The journey continued to the school’s main branch at Erragattu Gutta, where the Mancherial students received a warm welcome from the management, along with the school’s head boy and head girl. The next morning, at 5:00 AM, they set out to visit the magnificent Ramappa Temple, an architectural masterpiece renowned for its intricate carvings and historical legacy.

The excitement continued with a scenic visit to Laknavaram Lake, where students were captivated by the breathtaking natural beauty. They also visited the iconic Thousand Pillar Temple, marveling at its stunning structure and historical significance.

The trip concluded with a visit to the Hunter Road branch, where the students participated in a heartfelt farewell party organized for the outgoing students of that branch.

This educational trip was a truly memorable experience for all the 10th-grade students of the Mancherial branch. It provided not only valuable historical insights but also moments of joy, camaraderie, and learning. The students expressed their sincere gratitude to Director Shri Bhardwaj Naidu Sir and the management for organizing such an enriching and well-coordinated trip, making it an unforgettable chapter in their academic journey.
