Greenwood High School Bids a Heartfelt Farewell to the Class X Batch – The “Vision Vanguard” of 2024-25
On February 9, 2025 (Sunday), Greenwood High School hosted a poignant farewell ceremony for its Class X students, marking the end of their school journey and the beginning of new horizons. The event was a perfect blend of emotions, nostalgia, and celebration, creating cherished memories for all.
The farewell commenced with mesmerizing dance performances by students of both Class IX and X, setting the stage for an evening filled with joy and reminiscence. The Class IX students expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards their seniors, acknowledging the invaluable lessons they had learned from them. They pledged to uphold the rich traditions and values of Greenwood High School, carrying forward its legacy with pride.

In response, the Class X students took a moment to convey their sincere appreciation to their teachers for their unwavering guidance and support throughout their academic years. The subject teachers, in turn, offered their best wishes, encouraging students to remain dedicated, work diligently, and stay true to their aspirations as they step into the next phase of their educational journey.
The school administration also shared words of wisdom with the departing students:
Vice Principal Sri. K. Srikanth emphasized the importance of focus and determination. Sri. Dr. Ch. Ravinder, Dean of Academics, extended his best wishes for their success in all future endeavors. Smt. Jahnavi Reddy highlighted the virtue of loyalty. Principal Smt. Manjula Devi reminded students to remain humble and considerate. GM Sri. A. Prabhu Kumar delivered a touching message, stating that parents are life’s truest friends. Director Sri. Dr. G. Bharadwaja Naidu inspired the students by saying,
“Your dreams of today are your achievements of tomorrow. As you leave this school, may you carry with you the values that will shape not only your future but also the future of our nation.” The event culminated in a delightful lunch hosted by the school, offering students, teachers, and staff an opportunity to bond and celebrate this significant milestone together.
