Greenwood High School celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2025, with great enthusiasm and energy. Students from Grade 1 to 10 actively participated in the event, showcasing a series of marvelous yoga performances and impressive postures that reflected their discipline and dedication.



The school grounds were filled with a peaceful and positive vibe as students demonstrated various yoga asanas with confidence and grace. A special mention goes to the enthusiastic volunteers who stepped forward to display their flexibility and balance, inspiring others to embrace the practice of yoga in their daily lives.


Our respected Principal, Manjula Ma’am, addressed the gathering and shared her insightful views on the importance of yoga for a healthy body and a calm mind. She emphasized how yoga helps in developing focus, inner peace, and physical strength—qualities essential for growing children.


The event was also graced by the presence of our Vice Principal, Srikanth Sir, and Academic Advisor, Rajeshwari Madam, who added to the significance of the occasion.



The event concluded on a joyful and refreshing note, with students feeling energized and motivated to begin their day with renewed positivity and mindfulness.
