Greenwood High School, Hunter Road, conducted an awareness program on the occasion of National Road Safety Month to educate students about the importance of road safety and traffic rules.


The program was conducted by Assistant Motor Inspector Mr. N. Narender, who interacted with the students and explained traffic rules in a very clear and simple way. He spoke about the importance of following road rules to save lives and prevent accidents.
Mr. Narender explained key points such as:
- Always wear a helmet while riding two-wheelers
- Use seat belts while traveling in cars
- Follow traffic signals and road signs
- Do not overspeed
- Avoid using mobile phones while driving
- Walk carefully and use zebra crossings




The session was very informative and helpful. Students listened with great interest and understood the value of road safety in daily life.


He also guided students on how pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers should behave responsibly on roads.
