“Many cool drinks (soft drinks) contain a lot of hidden sugar.
Even a small bottle of cool drink may have 6 to 10 teaspoons of sugar!
This much sugar can affect our health badly if we drink them often.”

High Sugar =

  • Weight gain
  • Tooth decay
  • Risk of diabetes
  • Less energy after some time

👉 Next time before drinking a soft drink, think about how much sugar you’re adding to your body!

Better Choices:

  • Water
  • Fresh fruit juice (without added sugar)
  • Coconut water
