Greenwood High School in Mancherial celebrated Children’s Day with enthusiasm and flair, honoring the legacy of Jawaharlal Nehru. The event, led by Principal Mr. Chandramohan, commenced with a heartfelt tribute as he and Admin Mr. Ayub Baig, along with ACO Mrs. Fareeda Somani, garlanded Nehru’s photo and lit the ceremonial lamp.
The vibrant occasion was expertly hosted by primary anchors Aadhya Rao and Sai Srishtitha from 5th Rose, 🌹 while high school anchors Rida Tasneem and R.Swaran Chandra from grade 9 added grace to the proceedings.
The festivities commenced with a warm welcome dance by Lakshmi Pranitha and Ishaanvi, setting an energetic tone for the day.
The youngest talents of the school, from LKG and UKG, stole the show with their adorable dance performances, captivating the audience. The celebration continued with group dances showcasing the collective spirit of both primary and high school children.
Highlighting the artistic flair of the students, M. Manihasan from grade 7 and Prajwal from grade 6 presented a unique “Art of Nehru in Reverse.” The program also featured mesmerizing performances, including a magic show by Pavan Puthra and Ch. Adithya, as well as a captivating dance by Srivasthav and Karthikeya.
