“Farewell Fiesta@ Greenwood, Hasanparthy: A Fond Adieu to the 10th Batch 2023-24″
The Farewell Party (ADIEU) was held on 8th March 2024 for the Class 10 students of 2023-24 at Greenwood High School, Hasanparthy, Hanumakonda. All the students, teachers and guests enthusiastically gathered in the pleasant evening for this memorable and emotional event. This wonderful event was set off with the presentation of the ‘Importance of the Day’ describing the significance of the occasion which was eloquently presented by anchor G. Sahasra, highlighting the mixed emotions of joy and sadness as the school prepared to bid farewell to the outgoing students of Class 10 of 2023-24.
Next, a captivating ‘Welcome Dance’ was performed by V. Lakshmi Sahasra and her group of Class 9, mesmerizing the audience and initiating the celebration.Later on, M. Kethehwar from class 10 presented a marvelous ‘Classical Dance’. The performance was a spectacle of grace and tradition, with elegant movements to the rhythm of classical tunes.
Highlights of the Event:
Cordial welcome to the dignitaries: Honourable Heads of our Institution (Directors) Sri. Challa Dharma Reddy and Sri. Dr. G. Bharadwaja Naidu, Guest of Honour Sri. G. Yellapa Naidu, General Manager Sri. A. Prabhu Kumar, Academic Principal Sri. V.V.V. Naveen Kumar , Administrative Principal Sri. T. Pavan Kumar, Finance Officer Sri. SK. Rabbani and Vice Principal Sri. V. Suresh Kumar were warmly welcomed onto the dais and offered bouquets by the students who were designated for it. Head Boy Mr. D. Abhinav Rao and Head Girl Ms. V. Laxmi Thanishka were also invited onto the dais.
Lamp Lighting: The traditional lamp lighting ceremony was gracefully performed by all the esteemed guests present on the dais, symbolizing the enlightenment of knowledge and wisdom.
Principal’s Annual Report: Academic Principal V.V.V Naveen Kumar presented the comprehensive Annual report, highlighting the achievements and milestones of the academic year.
Speeches: Inspirational speeches were delivered by students, teachers, and dignitaries, reflecting on the journey, experiences, and future endeavors of the departing students of class X.
Felicitation to School Cabinet Members: The dedicated members of the school cabinet were felicitated for their exemplary service and leadership. Each student was awarded with a memento.
RSTH & RMTH Prize Distribution: Regional Science Talent Hunt & Regional Maths Talent Hunt winners were acknowledged and rewarded by presenting a Tab, Smart Watch, Medal, certificate and memento for their exceptional Mathematical outstanding Science skills and achievements.
Prize Distribution for the PERIODIC TEST -3 Toppers : The prize distribution for the Periodic Test -3 toppers with a cash prize of Rs.500/- and a Medal of Excellence was a resounding success, encapsulating the joy and pride of academic excellence. Esteemed Guests honoured the students who had excelled.

Prize Distribution of Winter Sports Carnival – Games and Athletics: Athletes and sports enthusiasts were applauded and awarded for their remarkable performances in various sports events held in Greenwood Winter Sports Carnival 2023 – 24. The winners received certificates and medals from the chief Guests.
Aravali House clinched the overall Winter Sports Carnival championship. They won after competing in various sports events and games. Congratulations to Aravalli House for their outstanding performance!
Announcement of Overall Championship of House Activities – 2023-24: The whole campus was abuzz with excitement as the much-anticipated announcement of the Overall Championship of House Activities for 2023-24 was made. The competition spanned various activities, including Prayer Meeting, Notice Board, Swacch, Assembly, Club Activities. The culmination of efforts was seen in the Sports Carnival, where houses Aravali, Himalayas, Nilgiri, and Vindhya vied for the top spot. Dr. G. Bharadwaja Naidu and Sri. Challa Dharma reddy, the esteemed heads of our institution, declared Himalayas House as the champions, embodying the true essence of competition and teamwork. Congratulations to all the houses for their spirited participation!
