The 74th Republic Day of India celebrated in Greenwood school witnessed spectacular cultural events commencing with the unfurling of the National Flag by Sri.Dr.G. Bharadwaja Naidu garu, recapitulating the individual responsibility towards our motherland.

The school choir instilled the spirit of patriotism through soulful patriotic songs. Students also participated in activities marking the Republic Day celebration.

This national festival today coincided with the festival of Basant Panchmi and made the celebrations even more spectacular. Students sang Saraswati Vandana, invoking the blessings of goddess Saraswati for seeking knowledge and a prosperous life. Adding to the festivities, the students offered flowers to goddess Saraswati blended with songs of patriotic fervour. The ambience was decorated exquisitely to mark the auspicious occasion. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets.

Parents also joined the celebrations and made the event more splendid.
