It is a celebration to thank the Sun, Mother Nature and the various farm animals that help to contribute to a bountiful harvest. We at Greenwood, celebrated all the three days(Bhogi,sankranthi and Kanuma) of the festival.
All our children have come in traditional outfit and also dressed themselves as Godha devu,Sakunthala,Sun,Haridasu,Pittala Dora,Sodemma etc. and delivered the charcters.
We also conducted Rangoli and Kites flying Competition, Bhogi pandlu to our little kids of pre primary and continued with many other performances.
We also lit the bonfire where we all performed Dandiya. overall it is an eye feast for the visitors too.
