Bathukamma, the vibrant floral festival of Telangana, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Greenwood High School, Hunter Road, Hanmakonda. All girl students, lady staff members, and mothers of the students actively participated, singing and playing Bathukamma with immense joy.
The program was graced by distinguished chief guests: Mrs. & Mr. Challa Dharma Reddy Jyothi, Mrs. & Mr. Girrem Bharadwaj Naidu & Padma Sri. Mrs. Jahanavi Reddy, and Mr. GM. A. Prabhu Kumar. They extended their heartfelt wishes to the participants and appreciated the spirit of the occasion.
Principal Mrs. C. Manjula Devi, along with the teaching staff, Administrative Officer Mr. Murali, and HR Manager Mr. Vasu, joined the celebrations. The event was well coordinated under the guidance of Vice Principal Mr. Srikanth.

Mothers expressed their delight at being given the opportunity to celebrate Bathukamma together with their daughters, making it a memorable and joyous event.
On this occasion, School Director Mr. Bharadwaj Naidu remarked, “Along with academics, our school places great importance on celebrating festivals. Through these events, we aim to preserve and promote the rich culture and traditions of India.”
