A letter writing competition has been conducted at Greenwood High School, Hunter Road, Warangal, on behalf of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
The theme for the competition is “Imagine you are a superhero and your mission is to make all roads around the world safer for children,” and students are asked to write a letter to someone explaining which super power they need to achieve their mission.
There is overwhelming response from students of classes 7, 8, 9 and 10. Letters are written in English, Hindi and Telugu.
From all the classes around 80 students have taken part in the competition. Student cabinet is at the forefront in organizing the competition. Results are to be announced on Friday. Students are sure of their performance and eagerly waiting for the results of same.
