The prestigious Greenwood High School- Mancherial, celebrated it’s first sports Carnival. The most capable, profoundly qualified, dedicated and exceptionally respectable Director Dr. G. Bharadwaj Naidu garu, Mr. Aakash Naidu garu and Mr .T. Pavan Kumar garu, the AGM of Greenwood group of Schools, Principals Mr. Chandramohan garu and Mr. Ayub garu along with ACO Mrs. Kanthi garu graced the event with their wonderful presence.
All the Honorable dignitaries were gracefully welcomed to with an elegant NCC cadet march past, accompanied by the house captains and, vice captains.
The school campus plunged into an array of colours with the signature of blue, red, green and yellow standing out.
The program was initiated by a classical dance and with the inspirational song “okate jananam”.

Students of grade-7 Raghav and Radha shared their excitement about sports Carnival.
The prize distribution was the most important part of sports day where all the students and participants waited to receive the awards and prizes. Our beloved and honorable Director Dr. G. Bharadwaj Naidu garu bestowed the trophies and medals to all the winners and runners of different categories of sports and games.
The carnival featured different drills like hoops, dumbles, lezumes and pyramids of all the groups. It was just like a feast to our eyes.
“Emerald House won” the most prestigious-Overall Championship Trophy.
The program was culminated with the Vote of thanks by Mr. Naresh followed by National anthem.
In a nut shell, the carnival was successful and left students with lots of memorable moments to be cherished for their life time.
